This Is The Dawning Of The Age Of Aquarius..er,uh, Aquarium!

It pains the photographer in me to post these pics (and that goes for the NYC pics as well)! Because my "real" camera is such a beast to lug around, I resorted to using my fits-in-the-purse camera that is years old to take all these photos. (And a dark aquarium does not equal good shots!) Nevertheless, I figure some documentation of "been there" is better than none! (But, sheesh, that lighting and soft focus is just killing me!)
Grammy Su called Thursday morning and wanted to know what fun activity I was going to do with the kids for their spring break this week...uh, that'd be none. So, Grammy said she'd love to take the kids to the aquarium in Sandy to check out the water life. I have to admit, I think it's crazy that we have one of those here in, uh, the desert! But, the kids loved checking out all the fish and crazy sea creatures, pretending to drive a boat, watching the penguins be fed, and shaking hands with the rays (ooh, they are velvety!) Okay, only the two older ones would touch them...Fynn was freaking out and refusing. Thanks so much, Grammy, for a fun day out together!
