One of the many keys to sanity of the Stay-At-Home-Mom? Girls' Night Out!! I have a fantastic group of ladies that make me laugh, make me think, let me be silly, they inspire, they share...And, they all LOVE dessert as much as I do (okay, not really sure that's possible...except maybe for Jessica! Don't be mad girl, you know it's true...) We get together about every 6 weeks (ever try to coordinate 7 people's full-of-little-people-and-a-husband schedules...nightmare!) and go out to some restaurant, cafe or bakery and just chill together.
Last Thursday, we went to this swanky, SoHo-wanna-be place called SPARK and had the most delicious rosemary fries and fruit drinks (non-alcoholic of course!) We finished the night at Coffee Bean bakery with some yummalicious cupcakes. It was tons of fun. I look forward to these nights a lot...thanks, ladies (Kristi, Marisa, Emily, Jessica and Mary...oh, and Emily who hadn't shown up yet when the waiter snapped this pic!)
