Jingle Bell, Jingle Bell, Jingle Bell Rock!

After months of hard work and weekly beloved dance classes, Fynn made her big debut in her Christmas dance recital! And she was completely, utterly, amazingly and most assuredly the most scrumptious little dancer I've ever seen (except for her big sister, of course!) I could have just gobbled her up at the end of her performances! She danced a jazz piece to "I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus" (where she shook her little tushee quite admirably) and poured her entire heart into her lyrical dance to "Where Are You Christmas?" from the Grinch movie. She wasn't quite sure about having to wear that black "dance tard" (afterall, lavender is the only acceptable color for a dance tard-- just ask her, she'll tell you). But when she saw the beautiful red tu-tu with the fabulous green bow, she was hooked. She dutifully found her "dot" marking her place on the floor and carfefully made sure she was quite near it for both dances. Afterwards, Santa dropped in to visit all the recital go-ers. Yea, Fynn started shrieking and wanted none of that! No matter, after a handful of goodies, she was once again a happy girl. I had to include all these pics so all our loved ones who missed the performance (especially Grandma K.!) could see the proof of her talent. If you look at them in succession, you can almost see the cheoreography unfold...I heart this little dancer beyond reason and I was so touched by her enthusiasm and heartfelt performance. Thanks to Miss Tiffany for loving these little girls so much and teaching them to love dance. Can't wait for Spring recital and the girls' debut on the big stage...
