After nine months of hard work at our new fledgling dance studio, Aspire Dance Academy, and competing in four different dance competitions with both girls (a first for us!), it was finally time for our Spring Recital. I was quite involved as the Office Manager in helping the director (teacher and my friend), Robyn Warner, with various aspects of preparing for the recital. Not to mention, I spent the entire day before doing a photo shoot of the whole studio. Needless to say, it was high-energy when the recital kicked off. The girls danced beautifully with their whole hearts, as always! Fynnley was absolutely adorable with her "stage" faces--the audience loved her. And my Tash lead her team and danced her backside off performing in just about every other number! I was so incredibly proud of my girls. Robyn texted me later that night to ask if I had felt how unique and special this recital had been. I definitely did.
